Fresh Strawberry And Vanilla Fudge Flan Recipe

A delicious warm flan combining fresh strawberries and delicious molten vanilla fudge from Jim Garrahy’s Fudge Kitchen.
Ingredients:
Flan base
Small punnet of strawberries
2 large slices of Jim Garrahy’s vanilla fudge
style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Tahoma">
Method:
Clean and quarter the strawberries.
Melt the slices of fudge either in the microwave (for about 30 seconds) or in a bowl placed over a pan of boiling water.
Pour a small amount of melted fudge into the flan base and spread.
Add strawberries then pour the remaining fudge over the top.
Serve as soon as firm, while still warm.
