Method:
Clean and quarter the strawberries.
 
Melt the slices of fudge either in the microwave (for about 30 seconds) or in a bowl placed over a pan of boiling water.
 
Pour a small amount of melted fudge into the flan base and spread.
 
Add strawberries then pour the remaining fudge over the top.
 
Serve as soon as firm, while still warm.
 
Serves 4.
