Venezuelan Recipe, Empanadas de Queso

Ingredients: 10 Empanadas

1 pound flour precooked white corn
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
½ lb wheat flour
1 and ½ water cup

Fill:

½ lb of cheese, starting at 10 servings

Preparation:

In a bowl with water, add all ingredients, knead with

your hands until the mixture is well compact, divide it into 10 equal parts, then on paper plastic stretch the dough to make it thin and in a circular shape, the filling is placed in the center of the dough, then fold the paper circle in half sealed well tip the dough and cut the excess with a knife, withdrew the paper, in a frying pan fry with oil until they golden
